Currently doing your MBA and looking for the chance to apply your new skills in a real work environment through internships this summer? It’s not too late to apply for an internship, even though travel restrictions are still in place and companies have shifted to remote working due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Virtual internships are now on the rise so that MBA students can gain the necessary experience over the summer. Here are some websites you can check out to apply for exciting internships in growing companies.

LinkLaters recently announced that they will be expanding their virtual internship experience programme from the UK to Hong Kong.
Denise Fung, the graduate recruitment partner of the programme, told Human Resources Online, “Following the success of our UK virtual internship experience programme launched last June, we have been working over the last 10 months to expand the programme to Hong Kong.
“We involved partners, associates, trainees and business team members across the Hong Kong office in developing the content, and are very pleased to be able to launch in Hong Kong now. Summer break is coming for many students, which is a great time for them to think about potential careers, and we hope the InsideSherpa programme will inspire them.”
The internship will entail a seven-module programme which requires them to complete tasks such as pitching to a client based in mainland China requiring legal advice ahead of a fintech acquisition, conducting legal research and leaving a voicemail for the client regarding the transaction.

You can also register for a free virtual internship experience at KPMG Data Analytics. This online programme will help MBA students develop skills to work as an analytics consultant.
The virtual internship includes modules, video instructions from a KMPG supervisor and tasks which replicate real work that graduates do at KPMG. This internship only takes five to six hours to complete and will look great on your CV!
