“Startup school” set to support US blockchain startup companies

MouseBelt Labs is a blockchain accelerator that aims to support blockchain startup companies in the blockchain industry and has announced the launch of a free, virtual, startup school in January next year.

The blockchain revolution has become a global phenomenon, with industries and governments everywhere seeing the value in its widespread applicability and scalability.

Gartner, a leading research and advisory consultancy estimates blockchain technology will generate $3.1 trillion in new business value by 2030.

Gartner’s report also postulates that blockchain technology will be ready for more mainstream adoption through 2023, which makes right now the perfect time for organisations to explore the technology.

This initiative will provide various forms of support to blockchain startup companies including mentorship opportunities from the MouseBelt team for top 100 startup applicants who are accepted into the programme.

MouseBelt Startup School’s course lectures focus on cryptocurrencies as well as broader startup 101 lessons such as go-to-market strategy, fundraising, and pitching.

Programme participants will also benefit from the chance to build their network from a large pool of startup founders and partners.

The programme includes two self-guided courses in blockchain development and the business of blockchain. Additionally, startups will also gain access to MouseBelt’s “Standard Operating Procedures” to use as guidelines for their own companies.

Startups enrolled in the programme will benefit from the opportunity to develop business connections and access to exclusive forums from MouseBelt mentors and peers.

Participating startups will also receive assistance in various areas including product, design, tech, and business.
